I don't log it, unless i was chewing 5 packs a day...lol but i figure, all the extra walking around i do, from here to there, just doing lots of miscellaneous things, im burning calories and i don't log that down for exercise, i figure i break even, maybe that's wrong but to each their own i guess.

i'm 40 but my kids are 20 and 15, hope that doesn't exclude me, trying to get 10-15 lbs off here

i eat what's in my calorie goal, but i also dont substitute a meal for a slice of cake either. My snacks usually are the snack packs that consist of 100 calories to satisfy that crunch that i need. I am too on a 1200 daily but after my workouts it bumps me up to about 1400-1500 and my problem is i dont eat to make up the…

i didn't see no doctor, i just want to take about 10-15 lbs off and according to height and weight it gives me 1200 a day, i do eat typically 1200 but its my exercising that brings me under my calorie goal amount. thanks again everybody for your thoughts.

Hi, i know nobody feels like exercising, it's work...lol but i take 30 minutes and set that time aside and i know it's my exercise time. It helps when you have a nice set up. I have a tv to watch when im on the treadmill and bike, it makes the time go by or you can always listen to music.
