I have notice that since me working out that I have lost inches. Some of my jeans are not so tight around my stomach. Thats a great feeling because I did not want to go up another pant size. I have been wearing sundresses most of the summer cause the jeans were to tight. I can say I do feel good!!!!!!

Im trying to lose some weight at the same time trying to maintain it and not fall back into the rut that I was in. So far I have lost 5 pounds within a two week timeframe.

I dont like the way I look and feel in my cloths. I know im gaining cause my feet are starting to swell up in my shoes and my legs hurt from all the weight that Im carry on them. I want to be able to wear my heels again and look sexy for ME!!!
