Try intermittent fasting. Breaks plataues like crazy. Your body will never just "refuse to budge" if you are eating less calories then you are burning, you will loose weight, doesnt matter if you are 70 lbs. I am gonna guess very little, but how much muscle do you have on your frame?

no scales or floor are going to be dead accurate, however your variations in weight can be dead accurate if you keep everything the same. Make sure the floor is as flat and solid as it can be, then be sure to put and stand on the scales in the exact same way everytime. hey presto!

seems you have more issues mentally and emotionally then you do physically. put focusing on weight loss to one side and concentrate on becoming content with your current life.

my fitness pals macro nutrients are dumb. They set too low protein goals, too low sugar goals, too high carb goals and kinda get fats/sodium ok. Ignore ALL of the goals MFP set (except calories) and just get 1g of protein per pound of your bodyweight, eats fruits and veg and anything else that fits your calories.

Stay in your calories, get 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight and your fine to eat watever else you like as long as you throw in some fruit and veg :)

Simple.. you went over your calories today? now you have to make up for it tomorrow. if you did 200 or 300 calories more than you should have, subtract them from your calories tomorrow and punish yourself tomorrow. If you be sure to do that then you will stop cheating as you know you will only have to suffer for it…

Yeah I really thought so as well. I am now so unsure as to wether it was IF that stalled my weight loss or just a massive coincidence my plateu started and stopped the very same weeks (it seeems too hard to believe) I switched diets. I am almost tempted to get back to IF just for curiosity to see if my weight stalls again…

I know this :) I did not change my calories during IF as to what I was on during small meals. So that is not a variable that could explain the results that I got.
