its mainly ceareal like weetabix and brown bread and potato what is making my carbs high

I HAVE A TREAT DAY I HAVE SOMETHING ONE A WEEK ON MY WEIGH DAY THAT I LOVE EATING IT KEEPS ME GOING AND GIVES ME SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TOO AS WELL AS THE WEIGHT LOSS :D

yer im the same but i go swimming twice a week with my kids and try to do 20 lenghs that i do enjoy but as for any other exercice i am so lazy
