What is your 1RM squat, bench, deadlift? yes, I have a real book version Totally acceptable after your main lift sets are done. There are set routines in the book and also ones you can manipulate to your needs.

Depends on your goal. Is your goal to exercise and socialize at the same time? then yeah that is a good way to work out Is your goal to get really strong - well you can't talk and squat heavy at the same time. Is your goal to be able to run really fast or far, well you can't really talk when your heart is racing

Stop running until you are healed. If you continue to stress an injury it only gets worse. How about instead of running this weekend do some weight lifting.

Go with the P90X calculator... if you keep on gaining weight drop your intake by a few hundred calories. If you get dizzy often, pass out, or feel too weak increase your intake by a few hundred calories.

Why do you have 3 upper body days and only 1 lower body day, are you wanting to be disproportionate? what about your posterior chain too? Why are you training body parts instead of lifts? Why one 5 sets on the abdominals? Why not abs every day?

How many years into lifting did you do your first cycle? What was it? How many cycles since then have you done?

Then CF, Triathlon is waaay more cardio based which will make it very hard to get stronger.
