Who says stickers are for kids!

I love stickers...always have (remember Lisa Frank...OMG!)

So, I decided to raid my little girl's stash of stickers to use them as an incentive to workout. I created a workout calendar and for each day I complete my scheduled workout I give myself a sticker. So far, I've got five stickers representing 5 consistent days of working out this week. Saturday will round out my week and Sunday I will rest. Amazingly, this has been fun and something that I know I can keep up because I want each month's calendar to be filled with stickers!!!

Maybe I can find some Lisa Frank stickers! That would be really fun!

Anyone else using this or a similar method as an incentive to workout?

I put multi colored stars (in ink) on the workout calendar that I've made to represent different goals. Let me tell you, it is serious incentive for me! I like the idea of stickers though too!

I use the ' I behave' app to fill a jar with marbles. At the end, I get a treat.
