Rather than a cheat day (eg extra 1000 calories) Have a cheat meal, still fulfilling with less calories

If you dont want to count calories, then here are some other options. Pretty obvious: eat healthy. Eat clean food. Veges, fruit, complex carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats) and clean protein (not processed meat/low in saturated fat). Continue at the gym, a good 30 min + is good :)

-Cut down sugar (fruit) intake - Increase protein - Increase complex carbs ( brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats etc) - Increase veges You need to start eating food that are good for you and will keep you full.

From experience, the best thing to do in increase calories and exercise. I would increase your calories to 1800 and burn 400 calories working out that way your still at a deficit aka losing weight, but not feel tired during the day.
