I have read the book and interestingly enough, I found that the foods the book tells me NOT to eat for my blood type (A-), are actually the ones that cause me problems. As far as following it religiously... I haven't. But... I have eliminated a lot of the foods that bother me that were on my "Avoid" list.

195 is where I look best and feel best. When I weighed less than that, I looked ill-shaped because of my hips and legs always being thicker... I'm in a size 16 comfortably now but want to be in a 12 or a 10 at most.

I love walking (or light jog) through trails at Holiday Park or Fort Ben park... Holiday Park has some great flights of steps in their trails and the nature is so pretty to see as you are getting a workout in!

I have the same issue. I think my biggest issue has always been that I DON'T eat enough so my body holds on to fat. I have been using EAS AvantEDGE shakes or Atkins shakes to help me get in more calories that are healthy without making me feel so full when I am already not even feeling hungry.
