Good to see so much success...I didn't expect to lose anything since was sick all week and couldn't exercise. but I'm down 2 lbs since I kept under my net calories. Wow, this can really work when you find how many calories you can eat, I just didn't have these tools before. good luck all!

this week am getting back to dancing,after last week's virus! went to Zumba tonight, then Dancefit on .thursday, salsa dancing Friday night. will lift my weights and maybe stationary bike Wed and Sat. Whew! That's enough.

Hi All, just getting over a virus so weak and a little dizzy. This is what I hope I can manage this weekend: Friday night, rested Sat- walk for 30 min if possible Sun- gym to do 30 min cardio and weight training I prefer Zumba and salsa dancing, but will have to wait till better!

This is great, I never get anywhere, lose a few pounds and they come right back. so need the discipline to stay on track.
