As long as "junk food" fits into your macros(Calories, carbs, protein, & fat), you can certainly eat/drink what you please. The key is to meet your macro goals and keep your calories where you need them. Basically plan ahead if you want to eat something "not so healthy"..

1200 calories a day seems a little too low for anybody. Do you know what your BMR is?

haha THANK YOU GUYS!! I seriously would've never put weight lifting under cardio...I started logging my sets and didn't see any calories burned so I stopped.
