Increasing Calories?

Well I'm new to this whole diet and exercise thing. I was inspired to start by a weight loss challenge at work that started 8 weeks ago. I was extremely motivated as I had team members to help push me. We won the challenge, it's been over for 2 weeks and I'm still losing since it was over but I'm thinking of increasing my calories. I've been doing 1200 calories a day plus going to the gym 2 days a week and I do eat back my exercise calories when I go. I've lost a little over 24 pounds since I started and I feel GREAT. I don't want to get burned out - and MFP is suggesting I increase to 1380 calories per day to lose about a pound a week. My question is, if I increase calories by 180 a day will I still see results? I don't want to stop losing and then lose motivation, but I'd like to be eating a little more too! Thanks for any input!

1200 calories a day seems a little too low for anybody. Do you know what your BMR is?0

According to MFP calculator, it's 1,483 calories per day.0

I use this http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703981 to calculate it....MFP tends to be pretty far off on numbers IMO.0
