Well, both are good, I guess more cardio will help you lose weight faster Strength training will help you in the long run, because when you gain muscle will help you lose weight as well, But to burn fat faster, I will say Cardio!

I did the cleanser before starting to use shakeology as breakfast and I lost 4 pounds. I'm using it now on a daily basis for breakfast, I love it. It really stop my cravings, specially for chocolate, gives me more energy and stop my migraine No side efects while doing the cleanser Good luck

I have a huge Calendar with a picture of when I was younger and slim. On the other wall a bulleting board with My Daily food plan, healthy posters, etc. I'm in charge of benefits for staff here, and I have to lead by example :) On my desk, pictures of my kids, co-workers, nieces and nephews and quotes of inspiration
