A year and counting, plateaued pretty hard at the moment but I'm not consistently exercising anymore. Started weight training and core strengthening and I go on a couple of bike rides a week and although i'm not losing any weight on the scales, I can see myself slimming down further :)

Did a 20 mile bike ride for the second time with a friend, vast improvement in going round the route! Rode without stopping for much longer than the first time and that's in the space of a week! Was very proud of myself :)))

I've since lost weight, it's very gradual now as in a lb a week if I'm lucky. I'm currently 204 lbs. If I did more exercise it would come off faster but it's proving hard to motivate myself at the moment :(

I do sweat alot but I don't think I'm dehydrated! Maybe because I'm so tall I should be drinking more than I think I should.
