Bring your cal intake down by 100 - 200 cals per day either by eating less or doing more exercise. If you do that you WILL lose the weight.

Hey, I know how you feel! It's quite scary going into a new environment where everyone seems to know what they're doing apart from you. Maybe you should go with one of PT's in the gym so they can help you at first. I also suggest seeking out some help from one of the guys in the free weight section! They're not all…

I would suggest you partake in low impact cardio. Elipticals at the gym or bikes. Swimming is fantastic for reduced joint stress too. I don't know of any stretches though. Sorry.

People are bit annoying like that. They don't seem to understand that some of us have to work hard to control our calorie intake. It doesn't come natural to everyone! Don't let them bully you! Do what you want and tell them to shut it! Even if they are your friends! :)

Have you heard this one? I wish I was DNA polymerase so I could unzip your Genes? That one is DNA joke gold ;)

Haha fair enough, I admit defeat. Who am I to question such a well respected professional? :)

Is there? I love it when people try to define things so clearly, what makes you think anything in life is quite so clean cut? Everything has it's grey area.

We are addicted to foods because we receive a neurochemical reward for eating them. At the route is the food, if you want to pick hairs then the addiction comes from the brain chemicals themselves. You are definitely not right, and your statement of how I am wrong makes you look extremely narrow minded. If I don't agree…
-
This is just an entirely wrong statement. If food wasn't addictive or didn't have something inside it that was, would we eat it at all? The answer is undoubtedly no. We require an addiction to food so that we do not die out, it is so integral to our survival that it would be silly to even make a statement like yours…

I'm glad someone agrees with me!

It is simply a case of these factors in my opinion: *Calories are EASY to get hold of. *You can consume HIGH CAL DENSITY foods easily. *These foods do not keep you full for long so you go for more. *We live in a world where we do not require exercise in order to achieve daily tasks. *Life is more complex because of the…

GREEN HANDS DOWN. Seriously hands down the best, no cals and curbs my cravings as well! What more could you want?!
-
Once, same time each week. Usually weekends.
-
Just take it one day at a time. It's ok if you don't meet your targets some days because you really wanted to eat and it's also ok to not lose anything in a week! I sometimes don't see any changes for up to two weeks and suddenly I'm down 3 or 4 pounds! Keep going and remember, baby steps! :)

Eat them? Nothing wrong with an egg yolk, you get alot of important nutrients from the yolk that you can't get from the whites!
-
I just like it! Whenever I have that annoying sweet craving, like it's almost a taste in your mouth that you can't get rid of until you eat some sugar? If I drink green tea that usually helps get rid of it too!

I am 223 lbs now and I have loads of belly fat left still. I am same height as well. Maybe it's because you have more muscle?
-
Oh you are so abysmally dull...
-
Full body shot! First pic is whatever I was before I lost 50lbs and the new pic is when I've lost about 42lbs. Gotta get me some new glasses too! I hate them!
-
Ok! Well have you gained weight since 2 years ago? It's just that you said your weight hasn't changed in 2 years?
-
Lose any faster and you are potentially going to cause yourself alot of problems! AND if it's a big loss overall you're going for, doing it slowly will reduce the amount of excess skin I would imagine! You're doing really well, there's no reason for you to get discouraged. You are right on track! :)
-
They don't work. Diet an exercise are the ONLY ways if you are looking to lose fat.
-
You have a wonderfully defined face already! Why do you want to lose more?
-
Always vanilla cheesecake :'(

I might have to get some olive oil in there. Never really occurred to me for some reason! And yes more protein! I intend to up it as soon as I get some ideas for recipes.
