eat well, stay hydrates, and yes you can work out, it wasnt as much blood as you might think it was, those vials dont hold very much. The only time I would say DONT workout, is if you do donate blood, but then again each person is different, and besides that usually a pint, so WAY more than 4 little vials.

dude, youre at a gym, or is this new to you? I dont smell like a bed of roses at the gym! Chances are if shes "classy" its just from working out. smh... -.-

I always hear people say this, but have never expierienced it until SUNDAY. I am not a runner either. I think themost I have ran is 1 mile, lol. O ran four straight miles on sunday, and theonly reason i had to stop was because my back hurt and I was hungry. The next two days i was so sore in my abs and my butt and legs,…

then make soemthing ahead of time, like an english muffin with egg and cheese sandwich, you can just pop in the microwave and go, poptarts are SO bad. Or eat some whole grain bread with peanut butter and banana. I mean, you have to make time, even if you just get up 5 minutes earlier

I just officially today, ended a TWO MONTH plateau on the scale..although I had lost a jeans size and didnt know it until the other day, i was wondering why i looked fatter in my size 16 lol, im 14 now, but i wasnt budging on teh scale, most likely due to my weight training and muscle i have been putting on over the past 4…

you should eat more, and change up your workout. Muscle memory is terrible! You have to have muscle confusion, THAT burns off the most calories. add in some weight training, you need ,muscle to burn fat! Dont eat processed foods! that is anything that comes in a package or a box....so only shop in produce section, meat…

No I eat the same amount everyday, Over the past 9 months I have pretty much learned what combinations I can eat without going over. More often than not I am probably not eating anough calories.
