  • The fattest thing I've ever done: Stayed fat the last 7 years (that were filled with a lot of these choices), and just let people tell me it's because I have 4 kids. It's not.
  • "Fat lasts longer than flavor"
  • I don't know if you have to, but I warm up and stretch before I lift and then cool down and stretch again after. It feels good to stretch after and I've never lifted without warming up and stretching so it wouldn't feel right if I didn't.
  • When I was 9-14 I got Christina Ricci all the time. Well more like I got called Wednesday and the girl from Casper lol. Now I don't look anything like her. A few times as an adult I got Mila Kuniz but there is NO way, I can't hold a candle to her.
  • Astounding. You look AMAZING! Great job on your weightloss as well and proving that doctor wrong lol. <3 I hope you heal quickly.
  • I don't have any advice but I have been in similar situations. I used to work out with friends, all smaller than me to begin with, all ate worse/more calories/fast food and all lost twice as much weight as me for half the work I would put in. It was so disheartening. According to many on mfp I was doing something wrong,…
  • Here's mine, I have a bunch of playlists I switch through for different days, some days I can keep pace better during lifting with slower songs, but here are all my favorites: Break My Heart- Sara Jackson Holman (**For the warmup**) Mademoiselle Juliette- Alizee (**It's in French not English lol**) She Is Brighter- The…
  • I dont consider myself a huge nerd. I believe its too expensive to be a full blown geek or nerd. I like a lot of books and shows that are considered nerdy, but thats kind of popular to do/be right now so the best I could hope for there is "trendy" and I cant use that word without vomiting a little. I read a ton. I also…
  • My doctor told me running wont help anyone lose weight. He told me not to bother running because it wont do anything. O.o
  • Fair? There are plenty of healthy foods in life that are sweet. Where did I say my children never get anything sweet? Of course we consider treats something much different than many pop culture parents. Im fine that my kids dont know what a pop tart is and dont have a high fructose sugar filled "treat" with every lunch. My…
  • We don't buy junk food so I don't worry about it. When I stopped drinking pop it had to be complete and cold turkey, I've tried other ways in the past and it didn't work. I usually don't crave bad foods or anything so it's not a big deal to me. I never crave chocolate or desserts or candy. Sometimes I crave pizza, or pop…
  • Son #2: "Mom, Mom look! That man looks like he has a baby in his belly like you!" Son #1: *laughs* "Boys don't get babies in their bellies!" Son #2: "Then what did he put in his belly?"
  • OH boy do I have a lot! lol 1. "Take *Insert ridiculous diet pill name here*! It's not a diet pill it boosts metabolism and helps melt fat! know someone who knows someone who lost a ton of weight using it!" 2. "Replace two meals a day with smoothies.... No I don't know what's in the smoothie mix but I was told there are…
  • We took it for a couple years straight (Me it was more like 9 months), years ago. We heard about it through a radio station that is very selective on the products it promotes, but this was long before we really understood nutrition and actual health and fitness. I'm going to be 100% honest even though I want to tell you to…
  • Seahawks! <3 I have a close friend who is a 49er's fan and we always talk about our forbidden love. lol I also like the Packers and I watched the Cowboys growing up so if they are not going against the Seahawks or Packers, I'll root for them. I'm dissapointed often by that choice. ;)
  • One month to the day. But I have a lot to lose, and Ive completely changed all my eating and workout habits. I went from a sedintary pop drinker, to pop free and full on training basically over night. My goal is to only lose 1-2lbs a week, and I expect my losses to slow down to that once my body adjusts to my new life…
  • I do James Grange's Rewired. I'm on week five and it's gotten a little too easy so I'm doubling the lifting in a day. I lift 5-7 days a week. Right now I'm lifting 1- 2 hours a day and doing 30-45 of cardio 6-7 days a week. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/james-grage-rewired-9-week-fitness-trainer-main-overview.html
  • Lol I guess I wasnt clear. I was referencing those on other sites assuming everyone with joint accounts have one issue or another. So far here Ive seen people analyze it as co-dependant or trust issues etc. You know blanket statements labeling entire groups of individual people based soley on ones personal experiences.
  • Both of my sisters have joint accounts, I dont. One says its out of convienence because my BIL always lost his password and would just log onto hers. lol. The other- her fiancee is super jealous- his words not mine. That's between them. My husband and I have seperate accounts because it never occured to us to have joint…
  • For me it was 100% mental, just the sheer force of will. I have ALWAYS been addicted to one kind of pop. I hate diet- I don't see the appeal and the after taste literally makes me gag. I love tea and I go through phases where I like or hate coffee (right now it's hate). Anyways I'v'e tried replacing before to no avail. I…
  • I don't have any- yet. I've seen more people with terrible ink than good ink, in my opinion. Including my sister who basically ruined her arm by going to a bad artist at an age too young to realize how bad the artist was. She always tells me to never get tattoos, even though she has since gotten many more. There are also…
  • If there is still space, I would love Ravenclaw... or Griffyndor! <3 This sounds so fun!
  • I was seriously anorexic (and many times bulimic when I did eat) for six years. I ended up hospitalized for malnutrition, I never told them I was anorexic- but I think they figured it out. I quit and gained over 100lbs after. Now my metabolism is all funky and it's still hard for me to force myself to eat many times, and…
  • ^I take all of this, almost exactly. lol I like C4 personally. I've taken Jack3d and N.O. Explode also, but so far I like c4 the best. Good Luck, I'm looking up some of these others now too. <3
  • I've met plenty of people who honestly believe muscle does weigh more than fat. I believe some people have been doing this so long they forget many are just starting out and believe every old- retried- catchy phrase they hear. Some believe after a week of eating wrong, but going on walks down the street, the reason they…
  • It's great. It's really fun and kind of feels like dancing to me lol. It's a good quick workout.
  • I would say try T25. It's only 25 minutes, and still has Shaun T. I have it and it's fun, but still tough. No equipment needed. :D
  • I don't have pictures But... I lift 3-4 days a week. My progress is in how much More I can lift now. I started by using just 5 & 10lb weights and after just two weeks I can already use 25lb free weights. That may not be much to some people but for me it's huge! I did calf exercises today using 45lbs. My husband has me on a…
