For Push I bought 15 and 20 pounders. So now I have 2s, 5s, 10s, 15, and 20s. I often put my twos with my other weights when I need a smaller increase than my next weight.

I felt like Push really motivated me to up my weights and even bought new dumbbells. When I started Lean, I had to drop down to a weight between Burn and Push because of the compound exercises and the higher reps.

I am in my 3rd week of Lean, I usually add in a longer turbo jam or fire workout on the rest days and shorter one on the lifting days- but not always. After I finish this cycle, I am starting the hybrid from the Turbo Fire book. We'll see how it goes!
