  • the comment above... a bike is a bike is a bike... so not true!! I agree with the posters that stated not to get one from walmart... stay away from the walmart specials!!! what I look for when purchasing a bike is aluminum frame (lighter and easier to carry if you need to), disk breaks... quick release tires and seat, and…
  • I've got a Garmin HRM with GPS and bike attachment which gives you all that info. It's pretty neat and something that i would recommend to anyone. I need to start getting out more often.
  • Feel free to add me. I love all the exercises, the only one i didn't like was the yoga dvd, which is odd because i love yoga. I love the meal plan, however i only followed that for two weeks, i am now counting calories. I am combining the 21 day fix dvd's and les mills pump dvd's. hoping to eventually do both programs…
  • I'd join a group. I have the program and love the workouts. I haven't been doing them because i am in the midst of doing Les Mills Pump. I like the meal plan too. So easy to follow. Again, i haven't been doing this either, but i was thinking of starting. :)

  • I'd love to have mfp friends... right now I only have two, one of which is my brother :( LOL. I have about 120lbs to lose to get to where I would love to be, however about 100 will bring me to a weight that I will be able to maintain. I've been struggling with losing and gaining 8 for the past 2 months. recommitted myself…

  • almost..... I'm 20 lost out of 120 wanted to lose!
  • I'm no expert but I would totally trust heart rate monitor over anything else. Glad you talked to your doc. Good for you for all the effort you are putting in. Pushing two children up and down hills must be difficult! Keep it up!!! Good luck!
  • Hi all!! I'm so excited to see this! I just did my first T25 exercise today!!! It was good. I have 100+ lbs to lose so definitely followed the modified version, but I am looking forward to when I can follow right along with Shaun T. I'm Sarah, btw, from Ontario Canada. Can't wait to start this in January. My goal is to not…
  • I just bought an FT4 and find it so motivating! I used to have a regular HRM but it would only tell me if I was in the THR zones not the calories burned. I actually look forward to seeing how many calories I burn with my FT4!!
