  • So I weighed in yesterday and lost 1.8 pounds. I hadn't been doing very good at all over the past two weeks so I wasn't planning on losing a lot. So when i saw the 2 pounds gone, I was okay with that. It's back to the grind and two a day cereal diet this week! Good luck, girls & guys!

  • So this week wasn't a great week for me and I expected to gain a little bit. I did do just that. I gained .4 pounds back. Booo. However, it's a next week next week with new expectations! Good job to all of you!
  • Well, the only reason it add more intake limits is because of the nutritional intake you're allowed to have with amount of calories burned. However, the only way I acknowledge those is if I just absolutely am having a bad day. I think it's a VERY smart idea to just add exercise at the end of the day.
  • I'm waiting for that day. Mine are extremely big and stretched out right now but I just found a box of over 15 pairs of jeans that I used to wear in high school. Funny thing is is that they're still in style. Hopefully I can fit them soon! AWESOME JOB TO YOU! :smile:

  • I typically just stay between 1200-1300 even when I do work out. I really don't like eating more calories just because I've worked out.
