Hmmm... if I lose 20lbs, I will go shop for new clothes that I always wanted to wear! So right now, I am not allowing myself to buy any clothes besides work out clothes. :)

Um, I don't know if this will work for you. What I did to motivate me to run/go to the gym was invest on a good shoe (it wasn't cheap for me) and work out outfits. You bought them for a not-so-cheap price so you will want to use them. That's how it works for me tho. :)

Invest on good and comfy shoes, I think it's worth it. :) Yeah, stretch your legs before running, it will help. Start on jogging slow, don't sprint, build your endurance first. When you think you're already trying to catch your breath, walk fast and eventually your breathing will be fine then go back to jogging on your own…

Yeah :( Mine is kinda different tho. I can go on the whole day without eating anything and don't feel hungry. So everyday I just eat not because I'm hungry, I just eat because I have to.

I tried to eat banana at least 2 - 3 times a day. I don't include it. Even I walk for a couple of hours. I only include strength training and running.

Aww, you don't look like a granny! You can lose all those weight and still look pretty with cute breast! ;) I use images of fit women as motivation so I can be like them, and they don't have massive boobies. :) Cup A and B can be cute!

By mega weight, how much weight? it would depend on how much weight you want to lose. If you lose like 20 lbs, you might go down by 1 cup size. My mom has F size breasts and when she lost a massive amount of weight, you can hardly notice the difference on her cup size but it did become a little bit soggy.

Idk, I think it's genetics. I always had bigger boobs than average asian women, even when I was skinny. How old were you when you were flat chested? Is it around your teens or? If so, don't lose hope. :)

Yes, true. My lower leg on the right is hurting for days now, but I try to resist it because it goes away after a few minutes of running. But I'm not sure if it's good that I'm trying to resist it or not. Lol Thank you! <3
