I'd like to join in this challenge. Just to be accountable even if I don't lose much will be a feat for me. Thanks for the start. September 18: 139 September 22: September 29: October 6: October 13: October 20: October 27: November 3:

I love Jillian.I have started the revolution over from the beginning maybe 5 times now and it never gets old. I have yet to finish but that's ok. Reading your posts have inspired me. And yep, to start from number one again. I'm 62 yrs old, l don't go real low on my push ups but I do them. And that is good enough. We got…

Day one for me is done. Now to keep up the consistency. I live in Maine and we just got our first real snow. I love to walk through the woods with my dogs. Enjoying this thread and JM BR. I have started and re-started several times. Just starting week three (again) and am on a good pace. I often replace the cardio with run/walks with the dogs. Not doing the food but may try some as it sounds good. I'm very curious as to what size weights everyone is using?

Took a week off. Back at it though. And same as last week. SW 136, CW 134, GW 129. Will I do it?

It helps reading all your comments. I dusted off my diary and will begin tracking. Life is too short to not live it as healthy as possible.

I'm in. I've been looking for similar blogs/groups just wanting to lose 5-10. Most are geared for more but just getting rid of those few pounds can be a struggle and it really "weighs" on my brain at times. CW 136 GW 129. Thanks for the support and I'm rooting for all you too.

Just found these posts. Anyone still at it? I'm back at it. I have been doing BR on & off through summer. I start, keep it going for a few weeks, then something comes up, and a week or two later I re-start. I need some self discipline and am gaining motivation reading this.
