Just read all your posts, I'm so in. I'm at my highest weight in years(123.7) and would love to get to goal, or close to it(118) by thanksgiving. So, good luck everyone.

GOAL- stay at calorie goal and find someway to be active everyday(even if it's a small way)

Good luck. Sounds like we are close in goals. You can do this. Just stick with your 1200 cals for the next three weeks and get in some serious exercise and it will happen. I am determined to weigh 119 by Thanksgiving. So there will have to be some sacrifice to do it. Don't like giving up my wine but it has to be done.

Giving up wine is the worst! I planned for last night and was in calorie deficit for several days ahead of time, so I don't feel too bad!

If I have wine, that is how I do it. I usually try to save 100 cals each weekday for wine on weekends. But only had one glass Friday evening so I can get these last few lbs OFF. And so I can have wine over Thanksgiving at my son's house.

Last week I weighed in at 120 (goal-115). I had a very bad three days of eating this week due to stress, and weighed 125 this morning!

This would be my group, for sure. I struggle to make time to work out and not snack unhealthily. Joined MFP today looking for some motivation and accountability. Married, working mom to a 2yr old in GA.

Was at 129 this am after eating way too much candy yesterday. I managed to not go over my calories too much and didn't have any wine. Goal is 126 by Thanksgiving and 123 by Christmas. GW is 119 and I've been losing 3# a month for the past 4 months.

Great job everyone! I didn't track yesterday or today and need to get back to it tomorrow. I hiked 4 hrs yesterday which burned 1000cal so I skipped logging food, but that only led to overindulging at a Halloween party and continuing that today. Lesson learned. Back to counting every calorie tomorrow!

Sounds like me. Did too much good cooking and enjoy my wine or drink on my days off of work. But today is here.

July 4, 2015 weight 220 pounds, goal 195 (interum goal- ultimate goal 190)
November 1, 2015 weight 195 Interum goal met. Yea!!
Lowered weight loss plan from 1 pound a week to one half pound a week. Got a daily calorie intake boost of 170 (big whoop). Figure that slowing anticipated weight loss inches me into maintenance which should be in about another 2 months.

Got new suits. First time waist has been below 40 inches (now 38) in about a decade. Getting old suits altered to accomdate the new waist size.

60 5"10" and still kicking, planking, lifting and generally moving more.
