  • We're in the same boat! I've started and fallen off the wagon. It's so hard to change my mentality from dieting to just living a more purposeful, healthy life. You can add me as a friend and we all can walk this journey together. I need a good kick in the pants
  • You look fantastic! Every day is a struggle. We all didn't gain this weight overnight and it takes time and effort to get it off. I yoyo an right now I'm on the eating healthy side and plan to stay this way. Keep inspiring us!
  • No need for an apology. Sometimes you have to get a little rude with people who still don't have a clue when you've given them a whole bag full. Misery loves company and sometimes it's hard to watch someone have the discipline to eat healthy. When I'm doing well my coworkers scrutinize every thing I eat, and when I don't…
  • Lunch today was a cup of tomato soup and 2 links of Premium Apple and Gouda Smoked Chicken Sausage (publix brand). I've eaten 1/2 a peach and an apple for a snack this afternoon. They were the only things I had in my bag and better than going to the snack machine.

I have three boys and stay so busy that I am four years past my goal but it takes alot of thinking and planning for me to jump on the bandwagon so to speak. I've had some health issues that have kept me from having a positive attitude and I just needed to wallow in…
  • Try edamame. Sea Point farms edamame snack packs have 90 calories and have a good amount of protein.
  • I've been stuck in the same weight range give or take 2 lbs. for about 5 weeks. I have 25 more to loose, so it's very frustrating. I've increase my exercise to help, but so far nothing. md3b3tt, good for you! I hope tracking my calories closer will help me too.
  • I have fibromyalgia too and you do have to be careful not to over do it. Try using bands for some resistant training. That might help. I've been eating healthier for a couple months, but have only started using mfp in the last few weeks. My main form of exercise is walking, and sometimes I'll play an x-box kinect game. Two…
