Bump for later.

I looked at your diary, last week as you said that's more typical. I found you have high sodium almost every day. I didn't see water tracked. Are you drinking at least 8 glasses a day? With all that sodium , any weight loss is being masked by the water retention. You may in fact have lost some weight but all that sodium is…

Any update on this? ;)

^ this Although the low fat foods having more sugar is true as well and can be troublesome for some ppl.

Lol. As others, I was like wtf when I read the topic. Lol Ty for the article. :)

I looooooooooved avengers. I am trying to get to see this batman but finding the right time is troublesome lol. I loved TDK and I'm expecting great things about this one too. : p

Bah! I thought by the title that this was going to be about eating only 400 calories daily diet which I recently learned about when a neighbor said she was doing this.

This is for 400 calories dinner, which in turn could give you some leftovers for lunch. http://www.realsimple.com/food-recipes/recipe-collections-favorites/healthy-meals/400-calorie-dinners-00000000027141/index.html?viewdate=20110301 Another resource for 400 calories meals: http://400caloriesorless.com/ =)

*thumbs up* You don't have to get rid of the treadmill though. It is nice to alternate strength training with cardio and the treadmill also helps with dynamic warm ups before lifting. :)

That looks yummy, may have to try :D

LOL, so funy, I saw that commercial yesterday for the first time, good idea =)

This is what I do, totally agree. I weigh myself around the same time every morning, could do less but I like to keep an online tracker for daily weight so I do everyday. Just make sure you are consistent, no clothes, after going to bathroom etc. And tape measurement is a nice tool to add, measure every 2-3 weeks if you…

Lol Update us by the end of the week, see what happens. =)

I am going through something similar, lost my momentum due to injuries. Right now my calf still hurts a lot so all I've done is walking. Like they suggest, take 1-2 break days during the week and if you must do something, go for a walk during those days. :) Working out can be addictive lol, we just have to balance things…

I'm at 1700 but netting about 1500-1650 so I can lose the extra weight I gained during vacation. Hopefully after these small injuries I can go back to being more active so I can try to bump to 1800 as I planned a few weeks ago.

July 20th is the next beta! :D

Try the recommended calories instead of 1500. I think that will be best and not as hard of a crash. Do you know how many calories were you eating before though? Also, sugar from fruits is ok. I hear that the sugar preset in mfp is very low. Unless you have some medical condition to worry about sugar and carbs, you should…

Bump as I'm also interested on learning more on the subject. :)

Another one who agrees on diet break. :) I have heard by nutritionists that it usually takes 2-3 weeks for your body to adapt to new eating plans. You don't need to go lOnger than that. How about taking 2 weeks of eating at Tdee? Just make sure you recalculate all your numbers before you start so you have the most current…

I'm on week 7 I think. However last week I went on vacation and now I'm back. I ate over my 1700 calories during vacation. Hard to tell since I couldn't log the food, could only estimate. I got to walk and keep active but only made it to the gym once. I had pain on my right calf and ankle which limit my activity the last…
