I used to drink about 6 sodas a day. I switched to diet soda and still drink about 4 a day, but that alone has helped me lose a ton of weight. my theory, as long as you workout and exercise daily.. Eat, Drink, and be Merry!

No diet pills or any other supplements. Just 30-60 minutes a night at the gym, golf 3-4 times a week, and better eating choices. Thanks for the compliments guys! Now share your pictures!!!

MFP and the machines are both going to be not exact. The only way you could fully trust the machine is if it lets you put in age, height, weight.. but even then everyone is different. I would just see what MFP says, then see what the machine says, and pick a number in between!

If you are extremely out of shape, you shouldn't start out with P90X.. just start out with P90. P90X is for people who just completed P90, or are already in great shape. I know a lot of people who used P90X and end up quitting because they got too sore after the first week and were too discouraged to continue. Just a…
