me too, I have a recent suspicion that my bloating is caused by my protein shakes. (though all other dairy is fine??) My trainer has suggested to try a lactose free protein.... will post results/findings....

I would say planning your meals is key, especially if you're just starting out as it is always harder in the beginning, but with time you will be hitting your macros like it's 2nd nature. Which part are you struggling with? The fat? The protein?
