Welcome, this is my second week and I'm already starting to see a change. I still eat what I want, I'm just a little bit more concious on my portion size.

Ceviche (shrimp salad), avocado tostadas with chicken are also good, just don't eat the entire shell. I would stay away from tortillas though, they have too many calories.

I also like quinoa to substitute my rice sometimes. The key is to make it taste good wich can be challenging. I always fall back on rice though cause it's a staple I grew up on. Here is a recipe that I like and is healthy. http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/shrimp-and-quinoa/Detail.aspx
