Thank you - I have no time to add exercise though. I work 6 days a week from 8am until 6pm at the moment! My job is pretty active though as I work with kids.

Thanks for the advice guys, I have thought about it and have decided that I AM going to include my exercise calories as much as possible into my daily allowance. I am having fewer cheat days nowadays anyway and I am less likely to go crazy if I have a little bit more.

I hardly ever know when it's going to be unfortunately - my cheat days are unplanned, just when I lose self control or decide to stay on after the bar/pub

It is 2 years ago - me at 120lb (a little under my goal weight). Keeps me motivated. I am too ashamed of my current weight to have a current pic.

I am 5ft8 and also look slim at 10st.... I wouldn't go below 10st with your height and body composition... Just stop when you feel like it's something you can and want to maintain. I want to get to 9st but I look very thin at that weight.

If I started eating ice cream every night I would eat a whole pint. A few drinks is enough for me and definitely makes me feel better than an ice cream coma.
