Hiya, totally struggling, no weight lost, eating 1400-1500 calories, but one says I should eat 2230 ?? weighed myself and no weight lost, which I don't understand, im 6ft 1, does anyone know hoe much I should be eating - pleaseeeee

im 6ft 1, weigh 219lb...trying to get to 200 for now , well im only on 2nd week only lost 2lb so far, weigh in again Monday. just taking it day by day and trying to hit the 1500 calories.... im not sure I understand it really but do like this app, and love reading posts like this good luck peeps

thanks, not working out a lot, usually 15min on bike, 5 times a week... just going on calorie counting on here and getting all green figures. only on day 5, but loving this app
