calories left ??

Hiya please help I have under eaten my cal;ories by 147.... any ideas what I can eat to reach goal.. it sayd I have to eat 1500 but im full

    Eat something light, like a plain yoghurt. But I think it's OK to eat a bit less. 150 cal isn't much. That's my opinion.

    Why worry about it? 150 cals isn't going to make a huge difference in the big picture. If you really want to eat those cals, I'd have some cheese.

    Don't worry about it, consistency is better than accuracy.

    150 cals is nothing.
