I'm waiting for the FitBit Surge to come out. Any day now. https://www.fitbit.com/surge#specs Check out the reviews of the ones you are interested in on Amazon. The only reason, I'm waiting for the Surge instead of buying the Garmin is because the reviews on FitBit wearables are higher than the Garmin ones.

Yep, me too!

The word "toy" shouldn't even be present. This statement comes from someone who has never done the job. A gun in a waistband is just that, a gun in a waistband. If law enforcement officers tried to discern real from toy every time they come in contact with a gun in a waistband, the ODMP website would have a lot more names…

I do every single day because I use the free service at TrendWeight.com. It makes the daily fluctuations that everyone is talking about much easier to digest. It makes the entire process really easy. If you have four green arrows, keep doing what you are doing. if you see a red arrow, make adjustments accordingly. Easy…

You've got this! Know going in that the journey will include bumps along the way. Losing weight is anything but exactly linear. No matter what happens, NEVER GIVE UP! If you have a bad day, reset and go back and kick it's butt afterwards. You've got this brother. I sent you a FR. I'm excited to follow your progress.

I believe you may be having issues with losing weight but I don't believe that diet pop had anything to do with it whatsoever. I drink it daily. Oftentimes, I drink it with bourbon in it. I'm still losing weight. As others have said, look to WEIGHING your food. You are consuming more calories than you are burning somehow.

In my house, we call a variation of these "little pizzas." I use regular cheese and other great-tasting ingredients but they are still pretty low-cal in comparison to dancing around a friggin' pizza buffet for an hour.

TrendWeight.com really helped me with this. I look forward to weighing in every morning now. Even when the scale is up, if the little green arrow is down, I know I am still moving in the right direction. And, it's FREE!!!

I like breadth but only if it has lots of butter on it.
