  • I am a lacto-vegetarian and often eat too much protein without trying. Some of my favorite proteins are whole beans, nutritional yeast (9g of protein for 60 calories), cottage cheese (12g of protein for 80 calories) and anything mad by Yves. Good Luck.
  • Excellent advice rhodenizer The Baby Blues are probably a big part of how you are feeling, which is totally normal and will pass if you hang in there. Brest feeding will also help if it is an option. A lot of people who believe in you are sending good thoughts today.
