4 oz of lean meats in each meal if you are eating 5 meals a day... that is about how much protein I eat each day.

    meat
    fish
    egg whites
greek yogurt (and other yogurts, too)
whole grains (higher in protein than you think and not just a source of carbs!)
milk (one glass of skim milk has 8 grams of protein and only 80 calories)
cheese (though watch the calories with this one)
go lean cereals (TONS of protein in just 1 cup)

I'm struggling with this too because I'm watching fat and sodium as well. The one magic meat I've found is lean ground turkey. My favorite is Honeysuckle White 99% fat free. It has 28g of protein in 4oz.

I'd eat it at every meal if I could afford it.

I am a lacto-vegetarian and often eat too much protein without trying.
Some of my favorite proteins are whole beans, nutritional yeast (9g of protein for 60 calories), cottage cheese (12g of protein for 80 calories) and anything mad by Yves.
    Good Luck.
