I just went through this. I realized that I was getting cream in my coffee every morning at McDonalds, not half and half. I have been doing this for 20 years! I only weigh in once a week, usually Sundays. Your weight can fluctuate a lot and you don't want to get frustrated. It works for me. :smile:
