I do all my training fasted, and do much better weights when I do LOl... I feel sluggish if I eat first, and if I eat before cardio, I can feel it rolling around *blerg*
-
I haven't changed anything, just added the weights and more protein .. Kept all my other stuff... Which I noticed today isn't so good... I'm doing too much :( cutting down the Pump classes and some rpm... I had the worst DOMS ever last weekend (just before the weight gain)... I could barely walk and couldn't move to get my…

Lol!!! That's awesome... Hehehe....now seriously, that is good news!! I kinda thought it would be that, and one morning it will be gone and ill be back to where I was, or less, but needed someone in the know to tell me... Upside down of course :)
-
... And I have no idea why my pic is sideways, it was straight when I uploaded it lol!

My two year old feeds 3 times a day, but there not massive long feeds, so I log 200 cals a day for feeding :)
-
I just logged 30... For the good belly laugh :)

Thanks so much guys!! I put in a skirt last night to go out, that looked good a few weeks ago, and it looked AWLFUL!!! Instead of breaking down and refusing to go, I just wore jeans, knowing its just a phase and it WILL get better.. Thanks guys xoxo

Thanks guys!! I certainly could be retaining water, I've up my amount by heaps these two weeks.... And that link was awesome, thanks!! I hope that's what it is!!! Lol

I Have breasted my seven children till self weaning, around 2. Still feeding Master 2 now lol. Try a low deficit for now. Too much will effect supply!! I worked out my TDEE, took off the 20% then added back 200 calories for feeding. With a 6 month old I'd add back about 350. And put bub to the breast every few hours to…
-
I done the online calculator and got my TDEE, minus 20% for weight loss, then added 200 to that for breastfeeding. But my son is two, so if bub is still young, add more... Around 400-500 for newborn and go down slowly from there :)
-
I done the same, but only added back 200 calories as my bub is 2 and only feeding 3 times a day :)
-
I worked out my TDEE, took off the 20% for normal weight loss, then added back 200 calories for breastfeeding. My son is 2 though. I would find out your TDEE and go from there :)
-
I worked out my TDEE, took off the 20% then added 200 extra calories for my breastfeeding. As your bub is only 3 months, I would do TDEE, - 20% then add about 300-400 calories :)
-
Yep, I think you could be eating too little, so your body won't let it go, ESP while breastfeeding. My inches started to come off when I when I worked out my TDEE, minus the 20% then added back 200 calories fr breastfeeding. Working much better than 1500 a day, I now eat around 1800. Weight hasn't changed lol but inches…

I am similar height and weight to you and also breast feeding. I worked out my TDEE, took the 20% off then added back 200 calories for breastfeeding. I'm losing inches and had no loss of supply.

Thanks everyone!! The woosh effect sounds spot on!! In definitely not too thin, I wish lol. I have a slim face arms and legs, but a lot of weight around my hips, thighs from all my pregnancies. Ill keep an eye on the inches, and lose the scales I think. Seeing the same damn number is annoying lol!
-
Charlottesmam, that's great! :) I can't wait to fit I to anything pre preg, I've had 8 little cherubs lol
-
Angel, that's makes sense. I guess a few inches isnt very heavy, so not a drastic weight change.
-
5 weeks. Not very long I know lol.
-
Nope, lost in the first two, then nothing in the last 5 weeks. I upped my water, I know I don't drink enough. Does anyone know WHY the scales don't move for some people?? It's the not understanding that's getting to me.. I must be nerdier than I thought lol
-
I have access to 4 different scales lol and they are all different. But none of them move lol
-
It's not so much I'm worried, I just don't understand it I guess. I know the fat has gone. I certainly didn't gain it in muscle, so how can I weigh the same? I'm on 1750 a day so not undereating.

Tamworth gal here :)

Hi!! I am still feeding my 2 year old. He is the youngest of my 7 darlings, and my last!!!! Lol. So time to lose all my babies weight :) I do TDEE -20% then added another 200 calories to that for the breast feeding. So I eat 1800 a day and dont log exercise. Only been at it a couple if weeks (1200 did not work at all for…
-
I would go back and calculate your TDEE with light activity and then -20%. Stick to those calories and you dont need to log/guess your exercise calories, or eat them back. Just stick to exercise and your -20% :)
-
I am breast feeding my 2 year old still... I got my TDEE - 20% then added 200 calories to it for the breast feeding... Working well so far.. No weight loss or drop in milk supply, but 3 inches down in just over a week :)
