I'm using a free app... zen labs c25k. I'm half way through and begin week 5 tomorrow morning. I'm really enjoying it and I like how it eases you into jogging as I've never jogged before. I constantly remind myself to not push and just take it slow. My goal is to finish the training and then work on speed. Good luck and…

I did notice that happened when I first readjusted my goals almost a year ago but they've fixed the problem as far as I can tell because I can go back to previous dates/goals and they are as they should be. Sorry, I know that's really no help at all to you. I don't understand why that would happen to you when mine seems to…

I never count housework because it's part of my day to day routine. I don't have a yard, so not sure about that one. I have done gardening in the past and know that it can be quite strenuous, especially if it's for a long duration.

Thanks Dwarfie, that's kind of what I was thinking too.

Wow, no responses? Hmm...

In for the info.

You can eat all the foods you currently eat but in smaller quantities. It's a learning experience. Get a food scale and log everything. Make small changes, you don't have to change everything at once. Incorporate new, healthier foods (fruits, veggies, protein, healthy fats) into your existing diet. Move more. Even if…

Same thing happened to me. I went from a 38 C to a 34 DD. It has to do with losing back fat and the difference between bust and under bust measurements account for the cup size. ETA - Also wanted to mention that I have lost considerable inches from my bust, 5.5", (yay!) so they haven't gotten bigger and so far they seem to…

Chickpeas and quinoa sauteed with some diced tomatoes, spinach, onion and corn mixed with a tbsp or 2 of tomato based sauce... Yum!!

I'm 45 and I'm planning on getting my first ink next month and it'll be on my wrist... *gasp!* I'm also planning on getting a Monroe piercing... my ears and tongue were pierced years ago.

I can see that... I have definitely lost quite a bit of back fat

This may be strange, but my hands and forearms, I guess that could have been water weigh? I also went up in cup size which I don't understand. I went from a 38 C to a 34 DD... weird. ETA - because, typos

I'm sorry you feel that way. *Hugs* As others have stated, it all comes down to self esteem. I have a feeling that even if you could change all the things you wanted to, you still wouldn't be happy and would continue to see only your flaws. I am 45 years old and have battled those demons for most of my life. It's like…

"Just shake your rump!" Thanks GuitarJerry, now I have that song in my head!

Hi there Kim! I'm from Ontario as well, 45 with 2 kids, 23 and 16. I started here April 2013 with 35 lbs to lose. So far 26 gone and 9 more to go. It is a struggle but if you persist, stay focused and have more good days than bad, you will get to where you want to be. I log every day, feel free to add me. :flowerforyou:…

I don't "have to" exercise, I "get to" exercise. The way I look at it is, I have my mobility and not everyone does. Why should I waste the opportunity to use my body to it's full potential by just sitting around doing nothing? Naturally, I didn't always feel this way. It's been a process of discovery. I don't go to the gym…

I was taught to either back in or pull through many moons ago in my driver's ed for safety's sake. Now it's just habit... and I'm good at it!

Acg I'd love to come and eat at your house. It looks like you're an amazing cook! :drinker:

You could also try a "low poo", sulphate and silicone free shampoo. It won't strip the natural oils from your hair like regular shampoos do and your hair will be more manageable.
