You've done a great job so far! Looking good! Motivation ebbs and flows. Good for you for finding it again! :flowerforyou:

I would say lightly active if you spend most of the day sitting. Oops! That would be sedentary!

I've heard heavy lifting could help in that department.

Don't be too hard on yourself, we've all been there. Try to take it in stride and know that this one bad day didn't undo all the good you did during the week. Make it a learning experience and do better tomorrow. :flowerforyou:

Well done! You look totally amazing!! :flowerforyou:

You look amazing and in no way like "a corpse or a drug addict". Sounds like a bad case of jealousy over your success if you ask me! Don't let those comments cause you to lose focus of your goals or to fall back into the depression that you fought so hard to escape. Hold your head up and be proud of your accomplishments!…

Love it! Wonderfully inspiring!! :D

Wonderful NSVs!! Keep up the good work!! :drinker:

I don't own a scale yet and it drives me crazy when it says grams because I'm totally lost and have to end up making a new entry. Would much rather things be measured in cups whenever possible.

Hi all! Day 1 for me tomorrow. I joined MFP in April and slowly lost 10 lbs. I haven't had a loss in weight or measure in about 3 weeks and I think it's time I took a different approach. I'm hopeful!

I will be 45 in November and I just said this the other day... I want to be in the best shape of my life by the time I hit 50. Working towards it! :drinker:

Great thread. Lots of good advice!

I was referring to driving the "golf ball" with a club at the driving range... no motorized vehicle involved. lol Which I still wouldn't think would burn a lot of calories unless were doing it for an extended period of time... but then again... I'm not a golfer.
-
Could it be driving, as in the driving range? Golf?
-
lmao!!

^^^This. I refuse to even own a scale because I'd probably become obsessed with weighing daily.
