  • I swear by lemons and water. squeeze 4 lemons into a 1 1/2 litre bottle of water and drink it in the am before eating anything. Stick close to the bathroom though. This has helped me lose 144 pounds. I only do it Saturday and Sunday though. Better on days off from work.
