Hi, I would try ZIGZAGGIN your Calories... I did and I got off my plateau I lost 3lbs last week and I havent lost anything for 3 weeks prior so, it works. I dont eat past 5:30-6pm! & I go to bed between 11pm & 2am.... I go to bed hungry but, I would rather go to bed hungry then full of food and sleeppppp on a full tummy...

Try ZIGZAGGIN calories! You may be at a plateau or gaining muscle also. STOP WATCHING the scale! I used to torcher myself abou the scale and I have learned weight might not change but inches ect WILL and do!. I make burgers sometimes with lots of veggies, and sweet potatoe fries with NO bun =) Its actually quite yummy! You can make TACO SALAD instead of Tacos to mix it up..... I am drawing a blank! =)

Yeah, It would be awesome to reach that goal, I have ALL day to work out as I work from home so. I gotta get on it =) and bust this 25lbs off, I wanna be in ONEderland =)

I do ZUMBA which is AMAZING =), Other cardio DVD's that do with dancing, if you like to dance you will love ZUMBA, I am a HUGE fan of ZUMBA,=) I jog outside as well as inside, I swim, play racquet ball, do curves =) Lots of stuff =) GOOGLE exercises =)

If you are working out alot or at all, and eating right, you may gain muscle which makes you weight more but, look at inches lost and other factors like how clothes are fitting... NOT just the scale!!! =) Good luck on your journey!

My favorites are; Yoplait Yogurt (Low Fat) Pickles Tuna Any vegetables and Fruit String Cheese I love crystal light, if you don't like water thats perfect to give your water a kick. I don't always well I rarely end with 1200, I guess alot of people have told me that if you exercise its a good idea to eat some if not all of your exercise calories back, which I don't do just because I eat 1200 everyday well close and I am just not hungry enough to eat more so, I guess its a matter of opinion! =) I…
