You are definitely a hero to me. I am starting exactly where you started and I'm headed for the same end result. I think the most important thing is to feel comfortable with yourself. If you see more work to be done, then set your new goal! You can do it!

I have quite a few friends who have done it and they all love it! They've definitely toned up and look great. It's hard but the good part is it can be tailored to your skill/fitness level. Most places will let you join for a couple free sessions before you commit. I want to do it once I get back into better shape. Right…
