looking for others who have similar goals! Starting back MFP after a long 1.5 year break. I'm a full time nursing student, part time pharmacy technician, and looking to get back into exercise and eating healthy..er.

    Welcome home!
I'm a student nurse as well.
I go to school Mon, Tues and Wed. I work as an aged care worker on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
    Thursday is my housework/study day.
I've got three kids and my husband works away in the mines.
Oh and I go to the gym every second day where I lift weights.
Insanely busy lol but mfp is awesomely amazing

Hi! I'm also a student nurse. I just started this semester. I too have a goal of losing 30 lbs. I quit smoking 2 months ago and started packing in the pounds to an already unhealthy body. I just want to feel good and to set a good example.

I work shift work which makes it difficult to maintain a schedule. Do the best you can and keep working hard. You'll see the results!
  • Congrats on quitting smoking! You're body will love you for it. I have been a nurse for almost 9 years. You ladies are going to love the profession. :-)
