YES PLEASE, I posted that on our group page awhile back. I know I will bounce up and down by about 3 pounds and don't want that to hurt the team. I love that I can still be part of the team as I maintain. I guess I still weigh in but would appreciate my weigh in day to be moved to Monday.

I am in need of a new pair of walking shoes, I guess all the walking I have been doing has taken its toll on my shoes and my feet. @AustinRuadhain sounds like the elimination diet works for you, so far I don't know of any foods that bother me.
