I think you're not eating enough. If you exercise as much as you do, bump it up to 1,500 calories and then in a few weeks, it might start dropping. Also, did you revcently start to exercise? If so, then the weight gain is natural and you just have to wait it out for a week and a halfish.

I'm vegan and I currently eat tofu + veggies + rice for bfast. Fruit and veggie salads for lunch. Dinner is usually a fruit smoothie. Maybe that "hunger" is craving.
