I like to take showers in the morning, but I guess there are nights, I can take at night. Taking kids to grocery shopping or any store.......is not fun.....LOL! I told him, he needs to try it. I go 95% of the time. He went this week and man, I was so relieved. Thanks for the website, I will be checking it out soon.

I do little stuff at work too......park farther, take the longer way to go to another office, etc. But I want to work out, work out......SWEAT! I'm gonna get it, I just need a lil more time to get it together. But I'm going to!

I guess we need to start preparing ouf meals ahead of time. We usually cook enough to take left overs(pack at night) and pull out meat for next day. But really preparinv on Sunday, is a good idea. Thank u!

It takes an hour bc thats when I feed the baby(10-15), burp(another 15), etc., then im on my sons butt to have him shower and other stuff. My husband's hours vary.....he always help when he can.

It didn't work for me for some odd reason. But has worked for my sis, her boss, and my friend. If you go to their website, it should tell you the instructions on how to take it. If that doesn't work for you, then try drinking after food.

YES.......YES.........and YES! Just keep it up bc once you get off 3-4 days turns into a week and then a month AND BAAAAMMM your gaining weight. It's only 20 mins, you can do it.........Take some aspirin.

I don't think its bad for you. I'm not an expert but I typically do that because that is the time I can squeeze it in. BUT I do get wired up and it is hard for me to sleep. I've been wanting to change it around and exercise in the morning, but I am too tired to get up bc I can't sleep at night. Imma get one day......LOL!…
