Day 23- 60 minutes Leslie Sansone. Not the easiest workout, with my shoulders, back, upper chest and back of my legs being burned. But, I, Did, It.

Day 21 (yesterday) I was at a lake and I didn't exercise, per say, but I walked about a mile along the shore wading about knee deep. (more work then you think). There also was swimming and that awful five minute hike up a dune to the rest room. Being active, accomplished! Day 22- I am sunburned. Tonight I will go walking…

Day 20 - 5 mile Leslie Sansone, 88 minutes total. It was a relaxing, non stress cardio since today was a recovery day after yesterday's killer kettlebells.

Yup, it's ongoing. I've already completed this challenge twice (and didn't make it once at day 74 because of the flu!) so I'm on my fourth attempt. :) Please, start! Day 19- 40 minutes Leslie Sansone and 30 minutes of a KILLER cardio, kettlebell workout on fitnessblender. My gosh, I love them.

I adore Beachbody's Les Mills Combat. I mean ADORE. It's a mixed martial art based workout. FitnessBlender online is a free website with literally hundreds of workout videos of varying types, intensities and times. To keep their workouts free, they don't have music, so I just play what I want in the background. I've been…

I've done the limiting carbs and it worked, for a while but it wasn't a lifetime change so I gained it all back. I've been focusing on lifetime changes the past year and I'm so much happier eating this way. You have to find what works for you, and maybe this will but if it doesn't, don't be afraid to rediscover moderation,…

Look at you! You WILL do this!

Day 17- 53 minutes Leslie Sansone, 10 minutes standing ab work and an 8 minute stretch.

Day 15- 40 minutes Leslie Sansone, 30 minute kettlebells and 8 minutes stretching Day 16- I was out of town and couldn't exercise until after 8pm. (six hour driving!) So I did 35 minutes yoga/stretching. I'll do something more epic tomorrow.
-
Day 14, 53 minutes Leslie Sansone, I bumped it so a good 20 minutes was aerobic (jogging, jumping), 10 minutes standing ab work plus an 8 minute stretch and cool down.
-
20 more days! You've got this!

Day 9- yeah, I don't remember exactly. It was in front of the tv and it was cardio and I sweated for about an hour. Day 10- 40 minute walk Day 11- was out of town, did get a 30 minute Leslie in. Will kick it up tomorrow.

Being able to measure a big bowl or pot would be fabulous. I make insane batches of soup/stews/casseroles. We have seven in our house and I often make enough for a few lunches and two dinners for everyone.

Nice, thanks for the feedback. We're on a strict budget, so I have to take price into consideration. Of course, our budget is also why I was willing to "guestimate" as long as it was working.

Day 8- 53 minute Les Mills Combat, ultimate warrior! It was a kick @$$ type of day!
