Nothing wrong with a reset. My second attempt, I ended up with this nasty flu and I had to rest for a week. UGH! Life happens. <3 Just start over!

Day 69- 45 minute Les Mills Combat "Power Kata" My pulled muscle still is achy, so I didn't throw myself into the kicks, kept it all very controlled however, punches, I didn't hold anything back. ;) Also mad mom ninja points for getting my workout in between dropping off and picking up my twins from cub scouts.

Don't wait for motivation to show up! Make some goals and follow through with those goals and then motivation will join you on the road. I swear I'm motivated about half the time but I have a long term exercise goal of 30 minutes a day, no matter what and I'll tell you, I've never regretted exercising after the fact.

Day 67- 40 minutes fitness blender low impact (trying to find stuff that won't aggravate my pulled glute muscle, which is still a little sore) Followed by 40 minutes 3 mile Leslie Sansone.

Day 65 (yesterday) an hour hike outside of town with my bestie and our dogs. Day 66, a half hour "Slim in Six" but I pulled a muscle the other day and the glute work in the "Slim in six" was too much, so I switched and an addition 40 minutes of Leslie Sansone.

It's so challenging! You have your eye on the goal and that will make a huge difference in how you do.

High calorie treats like that, I make sure I have a kid nearby that I can share 2/3rds of the cookie with. Not hard at my house, my ten year old twin boys have built in sugar radar.

Biggest hurdle this weekend, I pulled a muscle showing off. It was my own fault but I can't let that slow me down (too much). So finding that balance between healing and activity.

Day 61- 42 minutes Leslie Sansone 5K, 10 minutes Fitness blender standing abs and 8 minutes stretching.

I am doing much better this week on eating balanced. I think last week was part stress on starting a new job.

The last month I've been getting a lot of "You've lost a LOT of weight, what have you been doing?" When I respond "Counting calories," their eyes glaze over and they often mumble that they can't (or won't) do that. Okay then.
