All you mamas with babies are doing great! I had to wait for my babies to reach nine (they're ten now) to really get motivated to take care of myself.

Day 58- taking FULL advantage of the weekend, 40 minutes Leslie Sansone 5K and then a KICK BUTT Fitness blender 40 minute kettlebell full body workout! That baby was TOUGH in the best possible way.

That's the trick. Making it special and not the norm. Although, if it fits, a few pieces of hard candy daily is pretty normal for me. That's less than 50 calories. Easier to fit in.

Day 55 (yesterday) about 40 minutes of Leslie Sansone. I was LACKING ENERGY but I muddled through. I did also walk twice around the track at lunch. Day 56- 58 minutes Slim in six "Firm it Up." WHEW! That one was challenging in a "pilates" muscle burn kind of way but with a tad more cardio.

I always park at the back of the lot and walk to stores, even in bad weather. Sometimes if I'm really feeling the need to relax with tv, I sometimes just work in some pilates and stretching. That really helps.

I have a single serving recipe for egg free chocolate chip cookie dough. It works out to about 330 calories, but if I'm craving, it's a lot better then when I use to make cookies and then snack on dough. Who knows how many calories i use to consume doing that.

This group is pretty awesome! It's nice to be able to post ideas and thoughts without the trolls and nuts responding.

Wanting to add my support Sky. We've gone 6 months without income with kiddos ages (at that time) 2yo twins, 3 yo, 7 yo and 10 yo. To add insult to injury, my husband worked 60 plus hours a week that whole time but it was his dad's business and there was no money for paychecks. Get help where you can. My friends struggling…

Dang it, that's a rough one. Hang in there and jump back in when you are ready.

Day 53- Leslie Sansone's 5 big miles, although I quit at 74 minutes. My daughter just finished a beef stir fry and rice and well, I was really really hungry. ;)

I have asthma and I definitely was uncomfortable in West Yellowstone but I noticed as we got further into the Caldera, that the air quality improved. Since we were short on time (we went Monday and I started a new job on Tuesday, so didn't want to drive into our driveway at 10:00pm, lol) we mostly hiked around Old…

We were just there last weekend (we live in South Eastern Idaho, so it was a day trip) and it wasn't too bad most of the time. Of course that could change drastically by October, we'll see. Hiking Yellowstone is my favorite all time thing, so I'm hopeful.

Day 52- 40 minutes Leslie Sansone 5K, 30 minutes fitness blender, beginning kettlebells and an 8 minute fitness blender cool down.

What a great thread! I'm an occasional hiker but with jobs and kids, it's a little hard. My husband is talking about a getaway in October at Yellowstone and asked what in the world we could do for two days? HIKE! I don't know how he didn't come to that himself. lol

It does help!

Day 51- 57 minutes, slim in six, "Mix it Up."

Oh yeah, that can be a hard one. I think it gets easier as you go, but getting started can be challenging. I go through periods every few months where I really struggle. Just keep moving forward.

That's awesome!

It actually works better for me and I'm having far more success working in treats daily. I'm just making them small. Like if there's doughnuts in the house, a quarter doughnut or half if I'm really craving them. I've failed too many times with limiting. Lately I've been keeping hard candy around and some days I'll just…

Day 50, 70 minutes walking. Alright! for those that don't know me, this is actually 150 days for me. WOOT!

I don't know. We're all about the practical and our budget is really tight. I need more professional clothes for my new job, and I am looking forward to smaller sizes. I'm mostly a large now in tops and (due to my problem area being the "apron" lower belly) 14/16 bottom. I was barely fitting into 18's and needed 2x last…

What wonderful bunch of non scale victories! Made my night!

Day 48- Leslie Sansone's 5 big miles.

I was told Saturday that if I lost any more weight, there wouldn't be anything left. Hardly, I'm still 50lbs over weight but I appreciate my efforts being noticed. ;)
