I buy the eat smart broccoli slaw, basically it's just raw veggies in nice, "slaw" form. It's a great time savor for those ultra busy days. I've been experimenting with it cooked and it's fabulous raw, with a little salad dressing over the top.

Day 45- 40 minutes Leslie Sansone 5 K and 56 minutes yoga. Had to do the yoga, I really feel yesterday's workout in my obliques and shoulders!

Whew, overate yesterday but got my exercise in and my water drunk! Just one day doesn't throw my efforts away.

Day 44- Slim in six, 78 minutes, some weights, lots of light calisthenics, leg and ab work. I should feel it tomorrow. :)

Fitness tip, if you HATE working out and it's a CHORE, then don't do whatever the heck you were doing.
