100 Day Exercise Challenge

            Day 42- 5 miles, Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds, 70 minutes. (It was the superchallange and I re-did the first mile for the extra time.)1

            It will be CRAZY the next 5 days, brother visiting from Japan, family get-togethers, a day trip to Yellowstone Monday and I start work Tuesday.

 Day 3(8/11) - Kettle bell class, 2.5 mile walk/run, P90X 3

            Day 43- 40 minutes Leslie Sansone 5 K and 53 minutes yoga. Oh my gravy, it felt FANTASTIC!1

            Day 14 - 4.7 mile hike with the hubs and kiddo0

 MOM - walked 2 miles with dog1

            Day 4- 8/12 ...1.5 mile walk, 30 min Spin w/ kettlebell, abs2

            Day 5 - 1 hr P90X3 CVX and The Warrior2

            8/12 (day 9) - I was *this* close to not exercising yesterday & just starting over, but my daughter & I went out at 9:00 last night & did a 1.2 mile walk 
 8/13 (day 10) - 2 mile hike with my family.2

            Day 44- Slim in six, 78 minutes, some weights, lots of light calisthenics, leg and ab work. I should feel it tomorrow. 3 3

            Day 15 Leslie Sansone 4 mile power walk - I really enjoyed this one! I just bought it, and the music is much better. I enjoy the "power surges" too.2

            Day 45- 40 minutes Leslie Sansone 5 K and 56 minutes yoga. Had to do the yoga, I really feel yesterday's workout in my obliques and shoulders!2

 CCB and MOM - 2 miles of walking with the dog. We might have gone a little longer tonight but after coming across 2 separate skunks on our trail we decided we should head home and be happy we didn't get sprayed.2

 MOM - walked for 3 miles. (I also floated on a pool raft for the 45 minutes but I don't think that counts3

            Well, I'm starting over today - took a few days off for a few different reasons, but mostly because I just kind of needed to reset! I'm glad I completed my first 100 days, but I was struggling with my second set.  I took off two days, & I woke up this morning feeling ready to go & commit!
