I can't do 1200 cals but that is the minimum amt for women. Men get 1800 cals a day but we only get 1200. Staying around 1300 is pretty much fine. I don't exercise all the time but I try to. Figure it like this 300, 300, 600, and a 100 cal snack of popcorn. You should be good to go with that.

I have a few fat free Indian cookbooks on my kindle. I am always looking for Indian recipes. Anything by Sandeev Kapoor is great. He is a master Indian chef imho.

I love Indian food too. One of the things I learned from a fat free indian recipe book by someone who is Indian is to fry the onions in water and add the salt to them then. Yes it's much more fat free that way, and sometimes I don't even use oil in my Indian recipes.

One thing that's really good about this chat is that the font will get larger if you want it too. The java chats on 12steps & TRG are limited by the java software. You can also change your color prefs too.

In OA they say you need a POE - Plan Of Eating and MFP fits perfectly with OA in that regard. You can plan what you eat.

I just wrote about this on another thread. This is VERY SERIOUS. It's how I acquired gallbladder disease. I am now doing green drinks - either smoothies or drinks and it works on me well. I no longer have this problem. Please look into that or suffer the health consequences of not having #2 happen.
